Shipping & Delivery
At ZAKIO, we aim to make delivery costs and arrangements clear before you place your order. Available options depend on your delivery address and the products in your basket. The final eligible delivery options and price appear at checkout.
United Kingdom delivery
- Standard delivery: £4.99.
- Free standard delivery: Available for qualifying UK orders of £50 or more.
- Express delivery: £6.99.
The £50 free-delivery threshold is calculated during checkout; discounts can affect whether your order qualifies. Choosing Express does not guarantee a particular arrival date unless a specific date is confirmed during checkout.
International delivery
Where delivery is available to your destination, the current standard rates are £14.99 for supported EU destinations and £23.99 for other supported international destinations. Eligible countries and final shipping charges are determined at checkout. International import duties, taxes or customs handling charges may apply according to the destination and how your order is processed. Any such charges not collected at checkout may be payable on import.
Dispatch and delivery times
Processing and delivery times depend on product availability, fulfilment and location. Where an estimated arrival date is available, we will show it during checkout or in your order updates. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed. Where no different delivery period has been agreed, we will arrange delivery without undue delay and within 30 days, in line with applicable UK consumer law.
Tracking and delivery problems
When tracking is provided by the delivery carrier, we will email you the tracking details. If your order is delayed, damaged or missing, please contact us promptly with your order number. Your statutory rights relating to late delivery and goods damaged in transit are unaffected.
Address changes and help
Check the shipping address before placing your order. If you need to request a correction, contact us as soon as possible. Changes after fulfilment begins cannot always be made. For delivery questions, use our contact page.
